Our 48-hour exchange policy is designed to protect our customers from major mechanical problems related to the engine, transmission and drive train. Automax wants every customer to be completely satisfied. This two-day grace period allows you extra time to make sure you made the right choice.
 
If you encounter major mechanical problems within two days of purchase, that are no fault of your own and the car has been driven less than 100 miles, you can exchange the vehicle for a comparably priced one with financing terms rolled over to the new vehicle, if applicable.
